companies, U.S. and foreign lending institutions, as well as aircraft manufacturers.
Acting as special FAA counsel, the Firm proudly provides legal services to clients
world-wide involving the sale, registration, leasing and financing of private, corporate
and commercial aircraft. In addition, DFPH&J represents manufacturers, co-owners and
lenders in the growing area of fractional interest programs. DFPH&J is pleased to

equipped with years of experience combined with a steady effort to adapt to changing

Teamwork
The attorneys and staff at DFPH&J understand that it is important to get the details
right and to provide expeditious service. Teamwork is the key, and the team at DFPH&J
is a veteran squad. In fact, our attorneys and most of our paralegals have worked together
since the mid-1980's and that continuity enables us to represent our clients' interests
well. The DFPH&J team is constantly looking for various ways to be able to complete
closings for clients within their deadlines even when transactions do not go according to
plan.
Availability
We recognize that our clients are located worldwide, and we make ourselves available to
serve their needs after normal business hours. When required, we assemble our team and
stay until the job is done. Our attorneys are available for consultation by telephone day
or night, at the request of clients.
Knowledge
While DFPH&J has established a tradition of leadership in the field of aviation title
and finance law, we also know that we live in a changing world and realize the importance
of adapting to meet the challenges of the future. Our attorneys meet regularly on an
informal basis with Aeronautical Center Counsel to discuss issues important to our clients
and to receive updated information regarding policies at the FAA Registry. They keep
abreast of changing developments and are frequently called upon to speak at conferences
and seminars throughout the country.
Professional Staff
DFPH&J is equipped with a modern computer system. We are online to service the needs
of our clients. Our branch office at the FAA Registry is staffed by a veteran paralegal
with many years of practical experience with the written (and unwritten) rules of the FAA
Registry. At our main office our paralegals are experienced examiners, bringing to the
Firm a broad range of experience, working for the FAA Registry as well as title companies,
before joining our Firm.
