Robert M. Peregrin, a shareholder of Daugherty, Fowler,
Peregrin, Haught & Jenson, assists clients as special FAA counsel in structuring and
closing worldwide transactions involving the sale, registration, leasing and financing of
private, corporate and commercial aircraft and the filing of such transaction documents
with the FAA Registry in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Bob is frequently a featured speaker at
seminars and to groups with respect to aircraft registration, lien, fractional ownership
and leasing issues involving the Federal Aviation Administration.
Bob was graduated from the University
of Central Oklahoma in 1979 and from the University of Oklahoma with a juris doctorate
degree in 1982. He is a member of the National Business Aviation Association, the
International Registry Advisory Board and the Association of Aircraft Title Lawyers. Bob
is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and
the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and has an AV rating
by Martindale Hubbell. Bob has been selected by The International Who’s Who of
Aviation Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America, Equipment Finance Law.
Bob and his family live on an acreage outside of Oklahoma City in a log home. He is active
in the baseball careers of his two sons, is a third degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and
enjoys martial arts, competitive shooting sports and riding his motorcycle.
